nice view, spacious suite, convenient parking
Laundry facilities could use great improvements!!! !!! Adding more carts for luggage would be so practical!!! Clearly marking the pool hours would prevent unnecessary confusion!!!

Loved the spacious room with separate sleeping and sitting areas. The location was fab, just a stroll away from great restaurants. A lovely upgraded lakeview room, perfect for unwinding after a busy day!
But why does the elevator move slower than my grandma in a hurry? And don't even get me started on the mini bar—was it on vacation too?

The rooftop indoor pool offers fantastic views of the city, making it a refreshing escape. Lake-view suites provide spacious accommodations that truly capture the essence of relaxation, ideal for both families and couples looking to unwind.
Elevators can feel a bit overwhelmed, especially during peak hours, making it a challenge to navigate during busy times. while the suites feature great views, some amenities, like ice machines, may not always be stocked, affecting convenience.

Staying at Hilton felt like living in a cozy movie set! The moment I entered the lobby, I thought I might spot a celebrity lounging in the corner. The views from the 30th-floor pool were just as breathtaking as the sunrise—if not more—turning mundane swim laps into a magical experience in the clouds. And let's not forget the Southern Cut Barbecue restaurant right downstairs. their ribs are so tender they could practically sing you a lullaby!

Perfect for Families Who Need Comfort
We checked in early and got upgraded to a lakeview suite. The separation of the living room from the bedroom really helped since my son sleeps like a rock, giving us the freedom to unwind without waking him up.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I found it still acceptable for what we got.

The location made exploring the city a breeze, especially being so close to the Magnificent Mile and other attractions like Navy Pier. The room was comfortable, with a lovely view of the lake and a nice setup, including a sink and refrigerator that made it convenient for our stay. The staff was courteous and made us feel welcomed, but the breakfast options were a bit pricey and limited for light eaters. it was a solid experience, perfect for our short visit to enjoy the vibrant dining and shopping scene nearby.

fantastic strolls to the lake and many museums nearby
I stayed here for 4 nights and really appreciated how close it was to the lake shore and the Museum of Contemporary Art, making it easy for me to enjoy scenic walks and explore Chicago's rich culture. the one-bedroom king suite I had was spacious and perfect for my weekend getaway, with a separate living area and small refrigerator to keep snacks on hand.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the shops and restaurants. My suite offered a stunning lake view, making each morning feel special. The room was spacious, with a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchenette. Housekeeping was attentive and kept everything clean throughout my stay. I particularly loved the rooftop pool on the 29th floor. the views of the city skyline were breathtaking. However, the elevators were a bit slow, especially during peak times, which made getting to my room a little frustrating. Also, while breakfast at the executive lounge was decent, I wished for more variety. Despite these minor inconveniences, the friendly staff made me feel welcomed, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
